B2B customer products in our Singapore warehouse we can deliver the next 1-2 days without printing and within 1 week with logo printing. Subjected to stock availability.
B2C customer we aim to deliver your order to you within 1 to 5 working days from the date of your order. Subjected to stock availability.

Yes, we provide in-house printing
services.
We
have Silkscreen Printing, Embroidery, Hot-stamping, Emboss or Deboss, Heat
Transfer, Laser Engraving and UV Printing.
Yes
we do. Upon delivery we provide 1 to 1
exchange for manufacturing faults within 1 month except for electronic
gadgets. For electronic gadgets, our
warranty range from 3 months to 1 year depending on the product.
You can choose to sign up for a new account, otherwise, you may also
proceed to checkout as a guest. However, we strongly recommend that you take
some time to sign up with us to be able to track your orders and access your
order history. Your details such as shipping and billing address will also be
stored in our secured database, so you do not have to re-key the same details
every time you shop with us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once they have been
submitted. We strongly advise you to carefully review and modify your order
before you click on Place Order. Please place a new order for the new item.
We are only delivering within Singapore at the moment.
Self Collection from Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)
You can
collect your purchases 24 hours after received our confirmation invoice note.
(Except : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)
We are able to accept return and provide exchange if the product has
manufacturing fault.
If an item you have purchased is unavailable, we will inform you via
email or phone call from our customer service team.
No. Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public
holidays. For orders placed within a day before and after the holiday,
processing time will be extended by additional 1-3 working days.
Our delivery is normally by Singpos Registered Mail. Please contact SingPost at your own arrangement if the
package is not received.
